June 21st is national Go Skateboard Day, no it’s not a joke we got our own day! Yeah so Koston is in Italy with Ethan Suplee, Kobe is still holding 2 trophies, MURS…well I don’t know what he is up to but I’m sure he’s working. As for this old bag of bones I went down to Venice beach with a real solid crew A. Brown, Skinny, and Mr. Morgan Smith to support Dwindle( Almost, Blind, Enjoi, Globe etc.) on GSD. They had a little “tricks for cash” contest on a picnic table so it seemed like it would be a good time. When we got to the beach it was poppin for sure, fresh tanning salon orange tint on the ladies, street acts with huge crowds and a few hundred skaters to keep it lively. Skinny was sneaking Tecates from the car all day and only did one interview, but kept the vibe real loose as always. I skated for like an hour or so and ended up winning $80 in the process for a few nose blunts and a 5.0 360 shuv out. I was super hyped and after the little jam and I treated the crew to a few 16oz. Tecates at the bar before heading home.
